Easy returns within 30 days
You have a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request the return of a product purchased on our website.
Depending on your geographical location or the weight of the order, during the return process one of the following logistics options will be offered to you:
Home collection
By appointment agreed with the transport company.
Collection point
Delivery to local shops or 24/7 available lockers.

Once the request is received, our team will review it and you will receive instructions by email to manage the return.
Conditions Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
For returns made from Spain, a contribution to the return shipping costs will apply depending on the weight of the product:
• Products weighing less than 30 kg: €8
• Products weighing more than 30 kg: €40
If the reason for the return is a defective product, no return shipping cost will be applied.
If the returned product does not meet the conditions to be accepted (for example, signs of improper use, missing components or inadequate packaging), you may collect it at our facilities or request reshipment with postage due.
If within 30 calendar days from our notification we do not receive instructions from you for collection or reshipment of the product, it will be considered abandoned. In that case, we may dispose of it (discard it, restock it, recycle it, etc.) without further liability or obligation to refund.
Conditions Europe (except Spain)
For returns made from European countries (except Spain), a contribution to the return shipping costs will apply depending on the weight of the product:
• Products weighing less than 30 kg: €15
• Products weighing more than 30 kg: €100
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the return will be free and no cost will be applied.
If the returned product does not meet the conditions to be accepted, you may collect it at our facilities or request reshipment with postage due.
If we do not receive instructions from you within 30 calendar days from our communication, the product will be considered abandoned and we may dispose of it (discard it, restock it, recycle it, etc.) without further liability or obligation to refund.
Refund
The refund will be made once the product has been received and verified in our warehouse.
The amount will be refunded within approximately 7 working days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Intimate or hygienic products (such as sex toys or face masks), as well as personalised or made-to-measure products, such as smartwatch screen protectors, cannot be returned. These products can only be returned in case of manufacturing defect.
Product exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another model, size or colour, it will be necessary to make a return and place a new order.
To do this:
Request the return of the product following the steps indicated above.
Once we receive the item and validate the return, the corresponding refund will be processed.
Separately, you must place a new order with the product you want.
