Once you have dropped off or handed over the product for return, the logistics process may take several days to complete.
From the moment the package is handed to the carrier or dropped off at the collection point, up to 15 calendar days may pass until the product arrives at our warehouse, is inspected by our team, and the return is processed.
This timeframe includes:
• The transportation time to our warehouse.
• The receipt and registration of the package at our facilities.
• The inspection of the product to verify it meets the return conditions.
• The validation and processing of the refund.
Once the return is validated, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on the bank or payment method provider, the amount may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
